Bill Lammers
Founder & CEO
Bill Lammers is an author, entrepreneur, strategist, and leadership coach with more than two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations thrive. He is the Founder and CEO of Wildfire Leadership and the Founder of Ignite Academy.
Known for simplifying complexity, Bill has created trademarked tools used globally to streamline processes, clarify vision, and empower leaders. He has also successfully led the turnaround of multiple businesses, blending strategic insight with a passion for developing people.
Bill holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, as well as an Engineering degree, and is a Patrick Lencioni CapaPro member and certified John Maxwell coach. He is the author of Flip the Script, co-creator of the Flip the Script app, and co-developer of the INVEST Marriage curriculum.
Stephanie Lammers
Co-Founder & Leadership Coach
Stephanie Lammers is a respected keynote speaker, author, and leadership coach known for equipping leaders, couples, and families to thrive with clarity and purpose. She is the Co-Founder of Wildfire Leadership and Ignite Academy, where she combines decades of leadership experience with a passion for helping others lead with confidence and impact.
With over 20 years in the medical field, Stephanie brings both strategic insight and authentic connection to her work. She delivers transformational coaching, workshops, and keynote talks across education, business, and leadership sectors.
Stephanie is a certified Patrick Lencioni CapaPro member and the author of Discovering Joy in Your Lane. Alongside Bill, she co-developed the INVEST Marriage curriculum, equipping couples with practical tools for intentional growth.

Bill and Stephanie have been married for 28 years and are the proud parents of four children. Their shared passion for helping others uncover purpose and unleash potential continues to shape everything they build together through Wildfire Leadership and Ignite Academy.
Tiffany Rodriguez
Operations & Administrative Director
Tiffany Rodriguez ensures that Wildfire Leadership operates with excellence and efficiency. As Operations & Administrative Director, she oversees systems, client support, and project coordination, ensuring that every engagement delivers meaningful results.
In addition to her role at Wildfire Leadership, Tiffany serves as Project Administrator for Ignite Academy, where she supports initiatives that expand leadership development and educational impact. Her ability to manage details while keeping projects moving forward makes her an essential member of the team.
