Founders
Bill and Stephanie Lammers reside in Charleston, South Carolina, and are on a mission to lead a global impact by inspiring individuals to live out their divine purpose. Married for 26 years with four children, they are passionate about encouraging leaders to reach their full potential while remaining humble and teachable. As founders of Wildfire Leadership, Xperience Church, and The Defiance Dream Center, they have made a significant impact in their community and beyond.
Bill, a visionary business leader with over 24 years of experience, possesses a unique gift for simplifying complex concepts through practical application. He has led several business turnarounds by investing in, developing, and coaching high capacity leaders and placing them in positions to thrive. With dual master's degrees in business administration and organizational leadership, alongside an engineering background, he has the ability to see the bigger picture. Bill's influence extends far beyond his accomplishments, as he is also a keynote speaker, author, and a Patrick Lencioni 6 Types of Working Genius Master Facilitator & Capa Pro member, and a certified John Maxwell coach.
Stephanie, with over 20 years of leading in the medical field, is a catalyst for empowering leaders and women to discover joy and purpose in their lives. She is a speaker and author, publishing her most recent book, “Discovering Joy in Your Lane”. She equips leaders, marriages, and families with practical tools and strategies for personal growth to fully live out their legacy lane. Stephanie is a Patrick Lencioni 6 Types of Working Genius Master Facilitator & Capa Pro member, a certified DISC instructor, and provides coaching. Her dedication to leading a global impact is evident in her commitment to helping individuals thrive.

Kirk Jones
Vice President
Kirk Jones has over 15 years of experience directing learning & professional development programs and training leadership teams across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Wildfire Leadership, Kirk served as Senior Education Services Manager for 7 Mindsets, where he coached school leaders across the country on best practice implementation of social-emotional learning curriculum and strategic development of school climate and culture initiatives. Before that, Kirk was an innovative educational leader as a principal, athletic director and teacher and has experience as a business leader in the sports industry. Kirk and his wife, Tricia, have been married for 20 years and have 3 children: Avery (15), Alex (12), and Abbott (9).
Tiffany Rodriguez
Project Administrator
Tiffany Rodriguez has over a decade of experience in office administration and consumer services. Her expertise in managing administrative tasks with precision and efficiency is unparalleled. Tiffany is also on staff at the Defiance Dream Center, a faith-based non-profit focused on helping youth discover purpose and learn valuable life skills. Beyond her professional life, Tiffany has an adventurous spirit and loves spontaneous road trips to the most obscure and random destinations. However, her true passion lies in uplifting others and “setting the table” for them to help unlock full potential! Her compassionate heart is always eager to lend a helping hand, offering guidance and support to those striving to achieve their goals.
Guiseppe Blanchard
Director Of Operations
Guiseppe Blanchard has over 26 years of experience in organizational management and leadership development. Guiseppe is the Director of Operations and Workforce Development at the Defiance Dream Center, a faith-based non-profit focused on helping youth discover purpose, learn valuable life skills, and chart out a plan for their life. Prior to joining Wildfire Leadership and the Defiance Dream Center, Guiseppe was in supply chain management and plant operations for a global manufacturer in the greater Cincinnati area. Guiseppe and his wife, Brooke, have been married 23 years and have three children: Alexis, Eowyn, and Ezekiel. Their oldest daughter, Alexis, is married to the love of her life Matthew and have recently welcomed home a grand-puppy by the name of Zeus.
