Bill Lammers is an entrepreneur, author, and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience developing leaders and strengthening organizations. He is the Founder and CEO of Wildfire Leadership and the Founder of Ignite Academy. With experience leading inside Fortune 500 and complex organizations, Bill is known for helping leaders simplify complexity into clarity and lead with purpose.

Bill's passion is simple: helping leaders uncover purpose, unleash potential, and build organizations that thrive from the inside out.
